SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM > Invited speakersThe Organization Committee has established a list of 17 panels and has invited the 34 guest speakers (two for each panel) who will deliver the opening and closing speeches of each panel. In order to choose those speakers, who are all scholars of high reputation, the Committee has tried to find a proper balance between sub-fields within classical studies, geographical provenance, and gender.
